Publié le 11 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit is small but welcoming and has great conveniences. We were only there to sleep and have breakfast so the small quarters was not a problem. There is limited space for suitcases and toiletry bags. Secure and quiet on a nice residential street.

Dangerous step up to the bedroom with broken trim that had numerous re-gluing failed attempts. Nail sticking out. Repaired with duct tape day two.
Bedding worn and stained. No heat. No Blankets...2 eventually provided. One wash cloth for 2 people/4 days.
*LOUD DJ, screaming & shouting party Sat evening in main part of the house until 12:30 AM rattling windows

Publié le 25 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe arrived pretty late and it was hard to spot the gates, we were a little confused once we entered gate. signs weren't clear enough for us to see so we tried accessing the back gate which was incorrect. the person who we called to talk with wasn't too helpful. they should be aware of the possible mistakes we could have when arrival (mistake must've happend often since the second gate was super secured) but she was unsure of what was happening. we were about to just go book a hotel since it was 1AM, but whoever lived in the house was able to come out and inform us that we were at the wrong spot. so we felt terrible for distrubing their sleep. otherwise the place is nice and small.

We received a message on VRBO at 1:38 am to be exact, and a phone call was made to guests immediately. Our check-in time is from 3-5 pm, but for convenience our property is self check-in, so our guests may do so at their own convenience. Guests were very loud and disturbed our neighbors and guests in the main house. The instructions for accessing the property are detailed, signs for unit are clear and the area is very well lit. Guests walked right past the front door to the property and tried accessing the back yard, which is locked because it is not an access point. Representative was walking them through how to get into the front door with the code provided and was not aware they were at a back gate and not the door for the property. We have never had any issues with anyone trying to check into our property. We pride ourselves in every aspect of being a host and communication with our guests to assure their stay is pleasant, is our top priority.
