The breakfast was not worth the trouble. There were so many homeless people living inside the property parking lot. Back door of the building didn't lock. The overnight front desk man, was rude and took a long time to check you in. Very rude about the deposit that must be made by CC, nowhere does it say that on the confirmation. Called many times to confirm reservation and get details but was never able to get through. Never staying there again.

Great location and economical.

The Customer Service was absolutely fantastic! They were accommodating, pleasant, and took extra care to meet my sister’s needs for a first floor handicapped accessible room. The room was very nice and clean. Kudos to Welcome Inn. I most definitely will plan a return visit.
