Myself and family visiting stayed overnight and toured this ocean liner for the first time! We really though it was beautiful and staff at cafes and around the ship were helpful and friendly
The staff was wonderful.. Loved the tour. Would go back and stay again listen to Thursday Jazz Night and do another tour!

We really enjoyed our room which was largely kept original. We also enjoyed our time exploring the ship and reading about the history of it. Placards made it easy for self exploration with a map. One of the negatives was that, upon check in we were told that there were additional charges for parking and something else,. The gift shops on board seemed pricy. The food on board was expensive and mediocre. While we were there, parking was easy and not crowded.

It is an experience you cant get anywhere else. Staying on a living museum. Well worth it.
Very nice place. Pleasantly surprised by the room. Only negative is you can definitely hear your neighbors in cabin next door. Guests need to be mindful of that especially when you are late arrivals and people are already in bed at 12:30 AM. Just goes down to a lack of respect for others. In no way the hotels fault. They do disclose. They just need to be sure to REMIND the guests!!

Being able to walk around the ship was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was dirty and grimy (needs a good cleaning, not just the 15 minute job they do between guests. The furniture in the room looked like Motel 6 rejects from the 1980's. The TV also took away from the ambience of the room. If it were either all modernized, or looked like it was from the 1930's it would have been way nicer. We ordered the fish-n-chips and the chips were delicious, but the fish had no flavor. The room guaranteed we would never want to stay there again, sadly.
