Our room was filthy! The shower head didn’t work There was mold in the shelving area of the bathroom The floors didn’t look like they’ve had a proper clean in years If it wasn’t for the location , I would not recommend staying here if you have children

The staff is friendly, and the place is clean. It is within walking distance of Universal City. The shuttle runs every day, every 15 minutes.

Quick trip

Everything was clean and comfortable. Lots of dinning to choose from. Tv didn’t work so they had someone fix it right away. Eddie was the technician and he was friendly and helpful. Pool and jacuzzi was perfect right after the park. Would definitely stay here again

Our room was clean and very nice! We had a double queen room, it was a little tight. Would love a little more room to move around, BUT we’d definitely stay again. The bed was super comfy, the staff was very friendly and helpful! Loved the self check out snack/drink area.
