I always have loved Sheraton Hotels. This one was very nice. The staff was nice and very helpful and professional. The location was perfect for our trip being close to Universal Studios. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was the perfect distance between Universal Studios and the nearest Metro stop. The walk to Universal was not bad at all, plus a shuttle comes right to the hotel if you prefer not to walk. On another note, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel gym was sizeable and had great cardio and weightlifting equipment.

We had a great time staying here. Beautiful room, fantastic pool area, very clean, and quiet. The breakfast downstairs was absolutely delicious. We were so happy to see how close Universal Studios was and the shuttle to and from the hotel was so convenient. Only downside was the $40 parking fee that we didn’t know about. Otherwise we would definitely stay again!
