The property was so convenient to universal studios theme park. You have the option of shuttle service to and from the hotel but it is absolutely walkable as well. Nice restaurant for breakfast, really easy and convenient parking, the gym facility is quite nice and had a bit more equipment that a lot of hotels I've stayed at. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Checking in was extremely fast and easy, as was checking out. If you do have a car, yo uare bale to keep it there until 6pm even when check out is at 11, which is also get convenient. We didn't have a single issue during our staym

The room was very clean and orderly. The staff that we came in contact with was very pleasant and helpful. The elevators we're not very efficient and we had to wait 10 minutes the first night for the elevator to stop on our floor. However the last day it was very quick and prompt.
