Great location and overall nice property with cafe and bar onsite. Staff were really nice and parking costs not outrageous. Common areas nicely renovated and decorated. Room was quiet and cozy. Rooms do need a little upkeep…curtains were really worn and dirty. Otherwise, clean and spacious. We’ll be back.

Highly recommend the hotel, very spacious rooms with comfortable doubles beds, exceptionally clean, safe, cafe service available, ample seatings available in the reception area, friendly and courteous customer experience . Definitely would come back if visiting Burbank Area.

Room was clean and near elevator but surprisingly quiet. Requested extra towels and request was super fast! Greeted with smiles. The only con was that only one elevator was working and it was very slow. All in all, I would be staying here again.

Hotel room was clean but elevators were out of service. Air conditioner was not working and maintenance came once to fix it and it still didn’t cool so we had to change rooms. Shuttle driver was more concerned about taking a 12:00 crew so he refused to provide airport transportation. He had more than enough time to drop us at the airport and return for the 12:00 crew.
