*the rooms do not look like the pictures* There is nothing to update the room. You will be staying in a room that was last updated in the 90s. Maybe. The quality of the linens were low. Hard and a little scratchy. Hospital quality. No cute kettle or throws. Pool was very dirty due to a “rain.” Bar NEVER OPEN. Free coffee was like what you get in a hospital waiting room. Lobby is the nicest part of the hotel.

They need to hire extra staff at the reception. Expect long lines every afternoon. A fruit cup is not considered breakfast. It would probably be best not to have anything at all.

Front desk staff is very friendly. Lobby area is nice and clean. The room was old, very thin walls, no real blankets (just sheets and a thicker sheet), and only two pillows per bed.

"Mountain view" is a parking lot. "Free breakfast" is coffee and a fruit cup. Bathroom sink was clogged. Mattress was a springy, backbreaking mess. USB and electrical outlets near the bed are 3 feet too high on the wall. Bathtub not nearly deep enough to take a real bath. Who designs these things? C- on all counts.

At 6:30am I woke up to what sounded like a torrential rain. Turned out there was no visible leak—it was coming from the inside the bathroom wall. Happened every 15 minutes. Given that I’d been planning to sleep until 8, it was pretty annoying.
