Parking was very tight! Room was nothing like the picture uploaded. Non-smoking room had major burn marks. Floors were somewhat sticky. Nothing like the ad in Travolcity.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean but there was no TV remote. It was kinda late by the time I realized it so I just went to bed instead of following up with a staff member. The waterfall shower was nice but I had difficulty getting it on and off. I wanted a room like the one that was pictured (with the iconic wallpaper) but we didn't get one like that.Parking was VERY tight as the spaces were very narrow. Breakfast was super basic.

My room smelt badly of drains. Front desk seemed pretty uninterested and couldn’t switch my room because they were full. I was advised to speak to the manager in the morning for compensation, but this seemed “too difficult” because I’d booked through Expedia. The room itself was cold and uninviting but the smell was the issue.

Absolutely worst experience. The room I was suppose to get have didn’t even have proper plumbing and after my girlfriend and I used to the bathroom to urinate the toilet water came up and never went back down. We asked to transfer to a different room and there was only one other room and it was a complete mess and we were under the impression that it was clean. There was trash everywhere, sheets were not changed, overall just messy and disgusting. They only offered to give me a refund for one night even though I was barely checked in for 30 mins at most. DO NOT STAY HERE unless it’s your last option. Stay away from here, and it was also sketchy as hell. The only redeeming quality was the front desk receptionist who was super understanding and kind. Overall terrible place 1.5/10
