Would not recommend, we were given our room key when we arrived and walked in on a used room. Girl up front wasn’t super nice about it and seem annoyed with us. Wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience. They don’t come to clean our room we had to ask for towels several times for a family of 4. After an hour they brought 2….we called again and just ended up going to the pool to get our own towels. About 45 min later they randomly brought us a bar of soap…we asked for towels not soap. Would not recommend this hotel

The hotel was very clean and I appreciated being able to get coffee or tea at any time. The pool area is depressing, but there's not a lot of space to do much about that. The wifi kept going out, which was a problem.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. There’s a convenience store near, a few fast food options, restaurants and very near from Hollywood Blvd. The staff was very friendly and in the mornings there’s some breakfast and is real nice. Yes, in the nights probably you will hear noises from the streets, specially cars speeding like they were in the movie fast and the fuirious, but hey, that’s LA! You get used to it! My first time in LA and I loved it!
