Had a problem trying to get to the Hollywood bowl with an Uber so the valet there gave excellent service. He went out of his way to make sure that we got there on time and so he helped us find a cab and we were able to make it to Hollywood bowl with plenty of time so I would like to think that vallet I don’t know his name but I would like to thank him for great customer service thank you

The employees were all very kind and helpful. During breakfast one day I thought I threw away a personal item and the gentleman by the breakfast entrance was generous enough to help me look for it.

Housekeeping came in regularly without asking and kept room clean. Front desk very nice and helpful. My shuttle to airport canceled at last minute, and the person at desk made arrangements for a taxi for me. The only thing was breakfast not that good. Was not very hot. Other than that a great staff.
