The room was spotless but the most impressive feature of the room were the beds. Extremely comfortable with down bedding and pillows. I slept soundly and I generally have difficulty sleeping in hotel beds. The temperature of the room was also easy to adjust which aided in my sleep ability. No noise from the adjacent rooms was also a plus. The view from my room on the 12th floor was wonderful. It included the Disney Concert Hall and mountains.

AMAZING!!! I was treated so well by the staff. Front desk especially had a gentleman named Roberto that really elevated my experience! I’m looking forward to staying here again sometime. My rooms were clean, water was provided, and the area was so close to the trains. Food was extremely close as well as bars.

I messaged 10 days ahead about a rollaway and got no response. I was told upon check in no rollaways were available. I was traveling with three 14 year-old boys who had to take turns sleeping on the floor. The day I checked out I received a message that I could secure a rollaway for $100. Very disappointing. Also no ice or trash/recycling receptacles larger than an ash tray? And why no self check-out for the commissary items in the lobby? The front desk staff were very kind, as were the bar and restaurant staff and valet. However they seemed overwhelmed.
