I had stayed here previously had a small issue. Upon my return to this hotel, and informing them of my issue, the staff was extremely understanding and more than willing to make up for it.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel, I knew exactly what to expect when I made the reservation. I enjoyed my stay and the staff were friendly and helpful, one young lady in particular I believe her name was KeKe ( Asian) very friendly and polite.. The hotel served its purpose, the neighborhood itself……now that’s a different story

Hollywood Bowl Concert Crash Place

Parking is stacked and tight. Very limited space. Good place to crash for the night if you are seeing a show at the Hollywood Bowl. Rooms are funky but seemed clean.

Parking is really bad on busy days. Rooms are clean, spacious and decent. There isn’t any real amenities, but the staff is really friendly and makes it feel safe. The manager is a bit stand offish, but she’s doing a great job revamping the image of hotel. The cleaning ladies are well efficient and trust worthy to leave your things around. The hours of maid service are until 3pm The WiFi is not secure and choppy. There should be a WiFi password since it leaves guest susceptible to hacking - I had an issue with that. Other than that- the hotel is a great place to stay if you’re on a budget. Traffic from Hollywood bowl is pretty bad too but that’s usually during a concert. The 2 bedroom is really big and has a connecting room. Highly recommend

The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, the TV worked without a problem, the refrigerator was cold, and the customer service at the front desk was professional, courteous, and really friendly. I appreciated every staff member I encountered, as they were all so nice. The young man that worked the desk on the night of the 16th/morning of 17th was so nice.
