Room was fine. Would have been better if at the bar, the man had known that I could also order the food of the main dining room. Unfortunately, I didn’t find that out until after I had eaten if you stay there, do ask for the main menu if you wish to eat at the bar unless you want the bar food.

For the advertised quality and price a stay here even in the suite level does not meet the expectations. Stayed here twice, both times the TV in the room did not work. Both times have been overnight business trips where I’m tired and I just was to layback turn fhe tv on and relax. But nope, not heee. Second time the shuttle took over 45mins to arrive at airport. Called the hotel was transferred to transportation, I was told to “wait for the purple bus” and hung up.

Everything was perfect…except the shuttle. We were at terminal 7, and the same guy pass 3 time without stopping a 11pm. We weren’t the only one with this situation, a lot of customer on our shuttle was complaning about him (Friday 24th octobrr, around 11/1130pm)

I checked in early and understandably they didn’t have a room ready, which was ok. They took my email address and said they would contact me as soon as a room was ready. I waited two hours before asking if they had an idea of the wait time for a room. They replied that they had a room ready. How long would I have waited without knowing if I didn’t ask?
