The fact that they charge $75 dollars for parking should have been prominently displayed across their entire ad! It was inconvenient to get to thos hotel, unsafe surroundings around the hotel and we were forced to pay for parking! I would have found something closer to my destination with cheaper or free parking and paid less than my stay there. Plus, i asked for a receipt and the staff said they would email me the reciept... it's been over a week now and i still have no receipts. Nothing in junk or regular mail. Nothing.

I was a Hyatt member and my travel friend was not and we both had separate reservations. We arrived at the same time to check in seperately in to seperate rooms. He was given a room immediately, I was told I needed to wait. As a Hyatt member I was suprised that I had to wait while my friend who wasnt was given an immediate room. I then checked my bag and was given a ticket for my luggage. My friend and I went to the bar to wait for the room to be available. It was hours. To wait that long, you would think my room would have been drastically nicer than my friends room. After hours waiting, Im told my room is available. I give my luggage ticket to a man who then brings me and returns 4 different wrong sets of luggage. It was wildly incompetent. I then go to my room. My room is missing a chair and has a baby basket (that was not requested and I dont have children). My room was exactly the same as my friends room so unclear why as a Hyatt member, I had to wait so long for my room to be available. The only thing to do on this property is the pool and it was shutdown with a sign. We asked many staff employees when the pool was going to be open and most said they didnt know it was closed. We kept telling staff the pool has a sign closed. After more hours waiting for the pool to open, i called the front desk again and they said it would be open in 30 minutes. We go to the pool and it was not worth the wait. You listen to airplanes the entire time.

The airport shuttle was awful. Multiples shuttles sped past the stop at the airport when we were waiting to get to the hotel. When we left again the next day there were so many people waiting for the shuttle we had to wait for the next one. Absolutely awful for an airport hotel.
