This has the feel of a dumpy motel. It’s pretty run down.

The property was outdated. The room I was in Rm 256, had issues with heat, the room i was transferred to rm 370 had issues with the heating unit being super loud when on. Parking $50 per day, ridiculous. I will never stay here again and make sure I post my concerns.

Shuttle that can pick up at airport and use to and from is very convenient. Food options in restaurant for dinner were limited but still good.

The property needs a major renovation, the rooms are dirty, the shower and sink faucet have a string of water; no pressure. One elevator was stuck with people inside and another one didn’t work. So they only had one elevator for all guests. The bottom sheet of the mattress was not a fitted sheet so the mattress would uncover. Endless list of details. Plus they charge a $50 dollar charge for early check in. Never again will I stay there. We had three room changes until one was half descent.

It is a nice property with helpful staff. The room cleaning staff was very professional and experienced. Overall it was good value for money as it was clean and the sheets and bed which are the most important aspect of the stay were good quality.

We liked the staff that was helpful but we had issues with the bath tub not draining so you were standing in a pool of water. We found a cockroach in our room was we only get parking comped no offer to clean the room or move.
