50% of retail is closed including independent restaurants. I remember it in its hay day. Its still a unique property but I dont see a way yo get full occupancy for retail. Still clean and a nice inexpensive place to stay downtown.

Not what I thought it would be. Mostly did it for the movies I’ve seen. The property looks good in the communal areas but the yellow tower 2 queen berm w a city view was very outdated. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest. Sheets were stained.
