The hotel was beautiful and clean. The view of the city was breathtaking and the restaurant served delicious food with a great view while dining. I had an all around wonderful experience! This is my preferred hotel to LAX going forward.

I will never stay at this hotel first and last service was horrible. When I reserved it I ask I wanted the city view I have the receipt where it say that and the lady black American said no she don’t have any room with the city view I said I reserve it 3 week ago and she had an attitude and said no I have all 90 percent sold out but I reserved it 3 weeks ago it was for my son birthday wish and we came all away from Arizona and paid $671 for nothing I’m very disappointed and will leave a bad review on all the sites plus at night we wanted to go to 4th floor the pool area just to take pictures we couldn’t find it so I ask this employee and he said he didn’t know and that he was looking for it too that was a big lie. My room was by the elevator so I could hear it all night specially at 141am for a long time and I heard a dog barking for 30 min midnight I’m very very upset to spend all this money not to sleep and staff where not helpful. Will not return and don’t recommend to no one.

Very Nice hotel flight arrived early before check in time and the front desk attendant was so kind they had a room ready and we was able to check in early.
