The Delphi is modest and spacious with friendly staff. The value is definitely worth it, while the beds are odd and the bathroom tile is outdated and hard to keep clean.

The staff provided great service and was very helpful, very good location, the outside and lobby are nice but the rooms are very outdated and the hallways to the rooms are dirty, carpet seems as it has not been vacuumed in a good while there was alot of trash. I probably won't be returning or atleast not for that price again

The rooftop bar had great ambience, tho pricey, cool views of dtla buildings, pool nice. Staff were very accommodating. I like that they took a historic office building and converted it to a hotel. However, the room layout is weird. The large bathtub/shower is in the middle of the room. The sheets need to be improved. It was quiet tho and in room coffeemaker was wonderful.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a lovely outdoor dining area. The rooftop bar was fun for a drink too!
