Staying as a stop over for one night and picked for the shuttle service that was billed as very convenient. That depends on which airline you are coming in on and where you need to be picked up. We were in terminal I and had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up and that was with two phone calls to express our concern. The hotel was quiet and comfortable and restaurant was good.

Hotel did not match the price per night. Carpet throughout was worn and especially in our room it appeared dirty. There was no microwave for use in the room. However the bed was absolutely fantastic!

I was pretty surprised how smoothly check in went. It was quick and easy with ZERO problems! When I read reviews before booking there were of course mixed negative and positive but I imagine because it’s close to the airport all the negatives are only because something happened to people at the airport/on their flight and they were in a negative mood therefore continued with said mood while going to the hotel. The place was spotless as well as staff was incredible and kind. Would definitely stay here again! My only issue was the shower head being good for someone that is 5’5 max haha.
