This boutique hotel is not only conveniently located but also super comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. You do use your phone to text the front desk instead of calling, so that is unique. There isn’t an ice machine on the floors or a microwave in the room. But overall the comfort and service makes you forget about any small stuff.

Nice Boutique Hotel!

Very nice hotel with a somewhat European flair. The cost is fair, given its location, and the staff is very nice and very attentive. They don’t provide nor do they even have in the hotel, irons and ironing boards. They do have steamers in each room. So this worked great for my suit, but not so great for my shirts. So while I really appreciate the steamer option, as that is unique, it would also be nice to at least have access to an iron and an ironing board, even if they don’t keep one in every room. I do, however, really like this boutique hotel, and will return again soon.

The stay was wonderful, the drinks at the blue daisy cafe in the lobby were wonderful! The staff was accommodating in every way, with cleaning, helping with parking, when family came to visit, with air conditioning, etc. the only reason I deducted one star was because it was not noted that after paying in full when booking that at the time of check in they would take $100 us per night, in full. It was reimbursed a few days after my stay but was unexpected nevertheless.

Staff were very friendly, super cool property that was quaint and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet for being on a main road. My only negatives were…. There is coffee in the room but no cream and unless we went to the front desk to ask, our room was roasting hot! The staff were quick to turn it down and once this happened, it was all good! Will stay again!

The location and staff are excellent. However, as others have reported, the rooms are not very soundproof. While sitting in my room, I could hear other guests’ conversations and was woken up in the middle of the night by sounds in another room (and I sleep with a white noise maker). Parking is very tight.

Avoid PAPER THIN WALLS

Hotel was cute and clearly an old building that’s been updated.Unfortunately the renovation wasn’t top notch as the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighbour is doing. I could hear quiet conversations and even when my neighbors weren’t being noisy it was so loud.
