I always stay here if I am going to an event in downtown. The location is super walkable to little tokyo and many restaurants. Rooms are nice and spacious. Parking can be a hassle but I usually just parking in an alternate lot next door for much cheaper.

Property is fine but front desk very short and not helpful and I was charged extra $154 on my credit card that no one has been able to explain yet. Don’t trust these guys, they are dishonest and charge extra after you leave.

Valet up front is the best part of this hotel. Check in staff is hit or miss. Outside of hotel is littered with homeless people. Maybe gate off entire back area so we have an actual private space.
