Room was exceptionally small than we thought. Was very inconvenient inside the room, we had one checked in bag which we could not open properly. Wash basin outside washroom was a terrible idea. Even property was clean, staff was nice and friendly, I would never stay at CitizenM again due to smaller rooms. Also outside area was shady and dirty, a lot of homeless people around makes your safety concerns loud and anxious.

First time staying at a CitizenM. Hotel was very nice and the 24 bar/food was convenient. Close to the Grand Central Market which has a lot of good restaurant choices. Convenient access to the theaters on Broadway. A bit sketchy nearby at night but hotel was safe. Main criticism of the hotel is the tiny bedrooms but was clean and worked out fine.. All staff eere very friendly.

Solid Deal

This property was different as you control your room with an IPad. You help check yourself into the hotel. There is no security deposit. Grand Central Market is literally a 5 minute walk for good eats.
