Just one night at the Hyatt House and I'm definitely coming back. The room was fantastic. Everything is so clean. The employees are very courteous and professional. The complimentary breakfast is fire! Hyatt House really thought of everything. Thank you to the staff. We will see you next time for sure.

Great location next to USC medical campus and hospital. Clean, new, very helpful staff with compassion for those with disability needs. Food at the bar was sufficient and tasty. We left too early for our 6:30am appointment to enjoy the free breakfast.

Pros: The suite we stayed in was great - spacious and nicely furnished. The staff at the reception desk were very nice and helpful. Cons: - The location is very inconvenient, in the middle of nowhere, yet I had to pay extra $38/day for parking. - Next to railroad tracks, with cargo trains passing by and making a lot of noise during the night. - Breakfast service was weird: the sitting is in the lobby area, and the food buffet is in a room that is closed outside of the breakfast hours. The breakfast ends at 9am, and they just closed the door at 9am sharp, no warning. I forgot to get a spoon for my yogurt, and I could not find one at 9:00 since they closed the doors. One person put a piece of bread in the toaster and went back to the lobby to get coffee in the meantime. One minute later, the doors are closed and he could not get back in to pick up his toasted bread. Again 9am sharp and no warning. They also started wiping the floors around the tables as soon as it turned 9am, although people were still sitting there finishing their breakfast. Averall the feeling is of a well-run, corporate, cold and efficient establishment, not an inviting and hospitable place to stay. I will not stay there again.

Room itself was nice and clean. Hallway outside smelled really bad for duration of stay. Strong ammonia/urine smell. Some staff was friendly, other staff was not. Had to ask twice (5pm and 9pm) for a crib to be brought up, and staff was clearly annoyed at the request. She dropped it on the doorjam and just stared at me, then walked away without a word. Breakfast was ok. Bread was stale and coffee tasted bad, but the hot food was decent and available the whole breakfast hours. Pool was clean and a great temperature, and towels were readily available poolside. Very nice poolside area for relaxing. Parking was pretty convenient too.

Breakfast in the morning was hot and tasty. Options were almost the same but since it comes included you can’t beat it. Parking is safe and secure. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would book again.
