The property is beautiful, the rooms are ok. The furniture is outdated. The bathroom is old and dingy. Be careful with partial ocean view mine was completely obstructed with trees.

All around good. Bali Oceanfront Restaurant overpriced for food quality, presentation and overall ambiance. Overall would recommend.

The facilities were wonderful and we loved the beautiful location next to the beach, the lovely gardens, but we were unpleasantly surprised at how expensive everything was. The restaurants and food for sale at the resort are way overpriced. They charge you $50/night to park your car in the parking lot. And it costs $45/hour to rent a SUP even though we were already being charged $50/day "resort fee" for entertainment/recreation. Also, they only cleaned our room one time during the week we were there. Finally, I was disappointed at how the resort was not eco-friendly - there were few if any opportunities to recycle things, and lots of waste. C'mon Hilton, you can do better!

Hilton is definitely favoring profit over guest experience. Beds are small and old and you can feel the springs. Food is unnecessarily expensive, parking fee of $49 makes no sense forcing me to park at nearby marina for $1 per hour. Resort fee is just a scam to allow more profit The view we got in the Rainbow Tower was excellent though and the property is favorably located right on the beach near the best lagoon in Waikiki. You have to walk a bit to enjoy the things Waikiki has to offer.

Aloha Andre, Feedback from our guests is always appreciated as it helps us improve. We're glad our beautiful beach views impressed you. However, we apologize for any disappointment with the beds and other amenities. We'll pass your comments along to the appropriate staff members. Regarding our rates, we work hard to keep your rates competitive, so we're sorry to hear you felt that was not the case. Should you be in the area again, we hope you'll come back to see us. Sincerely, Guest Services Manager
