Great place for my family on our first trip to Hawaii! A lot of people but the place is large enough that it never felt "crowded". Towel policy was annoying. If you want to go for a swim and need a towel, you had better go before they close at 6 or you are out of luck. Missed my swim on my last day there for this reason.

The place is great if you like resorts. We opted to upgrade to the rainbow tower. It was not worth it whatsoever. We ran in to a few issues while there. 1. the tv remote didn't work 2. Shower did not heat up at all. It was luke warm at best 3. the Fridge did not get cold We found dirty socks that did not belong to us right under the bed 4. the extra pillow in the closet, was dirty. Very disappointing when you pay $500 extra to be upgraded to go to a room that is subpar.

I had a bad experience at one of the restaurants on the resort, and even after reaching out to them, I never heard back—which says a lot about their customer service. On top of that, the pools were always overcrowded, and some were even closed, making it nearly impossible to enjoy them. Overall, not worth the money. I definitely won’t be staying here again.

Disappointed with the overall experience. The pools were either closed or overcrowded, so I barely got to enjoy them during my stay. The rooms felt outdated, with chipped paint and a generally worn appearance—not what I expected given the price and additional fees. For the cost, I anticipated a much higher standard. That said, the staff was wonderful—friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, I don’t think I’ll be staying at the Hilton again.

This property is a bit of a walk away from the real life of Waikiki. Plan on a 10 minute walk to the heart of shopping and restaurant entertainment each evening. Unless you are staying in specific towers, the only hot tubs available are at the Lagoons pool area which is busy with little kids running around without their parents really watching them. But overall it was a very nice stay and the staff was great.

The property was very nice and exceeded expectations. From friendly staff, somewhat enclosed beaches, plenty of shops and restaurants, this property had it all. The highlight of the trip was a once in a lifetime Easter celebration on the beach! I will definitely visit this property again in the future.

Allot to offer, shopping, multiple pools, daily activities. Right on the beach. Just overall a great place to stay for the price

I loved the hotel accommodation provided, and the convenience of having 26 restaurants on site along with six swimming pools, a lagoon, the beach, and lots of shopping stores. The only thing I did not like was the high nightly charge for parking. We ended up finding a nearby garage within five minutes walking distance that was only $15 per day. I cannot wait to come back.

I enjoyed my whole vacation. The hotel had everything we need and is walking distance to everything we need. The view from the hotel was amazing both during the day and at night! Would recommend to everyone
