The hotel is excellent, close to Waikiki Beach. The breakfast is ok. There's everything you need to eat. Fresh juices and fruit are always available. If you don't have high service and food expectations, the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Overall the hotel was great. Walking distance from the beach. The hotel staff were friendly. Only complaint was the elevator. It was extremely SLOW. There was a long wait every time.

We liked this hotel. It's in a good location and has breakfast included! It was really hard to find parking in Waikiki. The rooms are also very small. We had a nice ocean view, even though it's located just off the water.

Room was clean, staff was very helpful and polite. The location was amazing. So convenient to many things especially the beach. We stood in the PH level and the view of the beach was beautiful to wake up to. Highly recommend.

Staff was amazing and very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a nice addition for families on a budget. My only complaint about this hotel is that it the water pressure is very low is both the sink and shower. I came from California where we have low pressure too but this was very low and took longer to shower. Another perk of this hotel is that it’s steps away from beach and there is a happy vibe. If they fix their water pressure, I would review them higher.

Hotel is in a fantastic spot just back from the beach. Unfortunately the restaurant was being refurbed and the provided breakfast was a bit lame. On the bright side though we got upgraded to a decent ocean view room.

Hotel was good, only one thing that was negative was I was on the 18th floor and most of my Stay one elevator worked so it took about 20 minutes to get an elevator ride down.

The room was so clean and spacious. We have two little ones and they were able to run around in the room. The view was amazing. They only had valet, so we had to park across the street, not far but something closer with littles would’ve bee more convienent. The staff was friendly and super helpful they have some beach items to use which is nice

The AC in the room didn't work the first night of stay, had the technician come in to get that repaired, the water in the shower drained very slow, had to call technician again to get that fixed. Breakfast was average

The room was okay. And staff was friendly. However, there aren't nearly enough elevators and the elevators that they have run very slow. Parking is atrocious and is very expensive if you plan on staying overnight. Breakfast is okay but it's very busy. Not a lot of room to move around. Also, the air conditioner in our room didn't work very well.
