Great location right by the beach and everything along the main strip in Waikiki. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and hous3 keeping took care of our needs daily. The free breakfast was ok, not too many options and the eggs we’re underdone every morning we went.

The atmosphere of the outside of the hotel is very beautiful. But we had the best room on the penthouse which I’m not even sure I would call a penthouse. It’s pretty tiny and we had a beach of view. That was OK. It wasn’t another spectacular. We had a check in a whole Nother night just cause our flight left so late. We had some complications with staff on that. They never spoke to us about having to update our cards and then treated dislike criminals and wanted us, escorted up to our room to get mighty and credit card that was locked in the safe. I didn’t like that they do have the best peanut butter cookies to die for but other than that I feel like renting the best room that they have they should’ve offered us more amenities. I asked them to do things for our anniversary, like putting out flowers and things like that and they were unwilling to do so.

Everyone here was so nice and welcoming. The room was clean, the lobby felt tropical and posh. The breakfast selection/quality was very good. We were very comfortable. The one drawback was where our room was located. We were in a "city view" room just one floor up from the breakfast patio, which, starting at 6:30 AM, was extremely noisy every day - yelling kids, clanging dishes and the general din of conversation. It woke us up each morning, even with our sliding door and curtains pulled. It felt like a bummer with two teens who liked being out late at the beach instead of up early with the sun. So! Stay here for sure - the location was perfect and we would book again, but we will be sure to splurge on an "ocean view" room or at least ask to not be right at everyone's breakfast table.
