We were on the side facing the airport and there was too much noise. We didn't get maid service one of the days we were there. Bartenders were very slow. Last time I stayed I thought I found the perfect hotel when I go to LA, but I'm not sure anymore.

Excellent service, cleanliness and COVID safety measures. Outdoor pool and spa are a great boost to travel needs and great food at bar and restaurant. Staff met every need. The only downside is it's proximity to the airport and airplane noise perhaps rooms facing forward rather than in back should be emphasized.
