Appreciate the room size and good design. Hotel staff were all excellent. Airport shuttle was efficient. Just one odd thing: the shuttle driver only asked certain people if they were "priority" passengers. It turns out that he dropped off those he asked and answered affirmatively at the proper door. I ended up having to walk quite a ways to priority check in because he assumed that I wasn't based on his perception. It may not have been conscious bias but it was unfortunate. Hopefully, this note will make him more mindful.

Paid for early check in which is at noon. Showed up at 11:46 asked if I could check in and was told to sit and wait the 14 minutes. I suppose if there wasn’t a room ready 14 minutes early it makes sense but odds are there was at least a few. It just seems like a super cheap way to run a hotel chain that likes to be thought of as higher end and classy. No class
