I always stay at this hotel when in the Koreatown area. It is within walking distance of my gym (24 Hour Fitness), a library, and many restaurants. It is clean and affordable. I will be staying here again next month.

Decent but neighbors were noisy :(

It is a decent hotel-motel in Koreatown, but what bothered me is the noise from the neighbors. There's an apartment nearby and boy there was a fighting couple late night and around 2am. I guess the hotel could not stop them. Otherwise, I just needed a place to sleep at night since I was mostly away during daytime.
