Great hotel. Lovely staff. Bathroom needs renovating. Would stay there again but would ask for a room not on the main road side as sometimes noisy.

Disappointing for a Hilton stay the bathrooms are so outdated also the entire room looked like it was poorly patched up from holes in the wall to even a rip in the seat of the desk chair.

The original room we were the AC was not working properly and the temp would not go down from 74 no matter what it was set on. I spoke with the desk and they said they would have someone look at it. I told the gentleman at the front desk that we forgot to remove the DND sign from the door, but that it was ok for them to go in to take care of servicing the system. I told them we were heading out for the afternoon and wouldn't be back for several hours. When we returned at 9 pm, nothing had been done. I called the front desk and they told me that it was because the DND was on the door. Even though I TOLD them that it was there and to please go in. At this point it was 9 pm and we have flown in from Boston, so we had been awake since 2:30 or 3 am PST and we just wanted to go to bed. They moved us to another room, which was smaller, it was a handicap room and it had no couch or chairs to sit in other then the desk chair. It was a much smaller room and since it was handicap, there were no shelves or anything under the sink. The room was clean, but it was definitely NOT as nice as our first room and it was frustrating that they had not listened when I told them to PLEASE feel free to enter our room even though the DND sign was on the door, as we would be out for several hours.
