Room for improvement.

AC was not working properly, it was hot in the room, 80 degrees fahrenheit, very uncomfortable. Water in the shower was very hot, had to turn it all the way cold and it had very little pressure.

For a traveler who is the first time in this hotel is better to ask every single question about parking, how and where to pay to the staff, and hope the staff is kind and really ready to give you a good service, it is the first time I leave a review like this to a hotel but my previous experiences with Marriott were absolutely different. Terrible situation with people who didn’t know how to get out from the parking because they didn’t even tell you how to, They received us in a really nasty way at night when we check in… so I’m sorry but the costumer service really need attention at this location.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionist this evening was fantastic when I checked in. Warm welcome, helpful and extremely attentive to ensuring my stay would be great. The room was excellent and very large. Also had nice bar, small shop and breakfast area. Nice to relax and recharge here. Thank you.

We booked a 2 queen bed room and when we got there they said they don't have any of those rooms left and wanted us to try to fit our family in a 1 king bed room. Then we heard a staff member tell the receptionist "just give them that one" so they all of a sudden had a room for us and we were grateful at first but realized a few hours later that the AC was broken. It was August and I was 8 months pregnant. It was miserable but at that point it was already 3 AM and my kids were asleep and we just wanted to try to sleep a bit. I was starting to understand the "just give them that one" comment. We didn't sleep much because the room stayed hot all night. Also, when we first got in the room we went down to get a few snacks for the kiddos and it was $70 for 2 hot pockets, a frozen burrito and a small sandwich. In addition, for a hotel with so many rooms you'd think their breakfast area would be bigger as soon as they put a tray of food out it was gone within like 3 min and then everyone was standing and waiting for the next tray and that was just the pattern. Not to mention the $50 parking fee and you share a parking garage with urgent care patients and the airport. It was not a good experience. But the breakfast staff was very sweet and helpful, loved them.
