The room was clean, bathroom was clean, wifi wasn't good it kept turning off and on which forced me to use my phone data (for a more comfortable stay maybe look in to that), bed was comfortable, morning coffee was great. Overall 4/5 the -1 was just the wifi issues

Comfortable, simple, no frills room. It's not the most updated, and kind of dingy, but a great value. Plenty of parking. Very safe area. Good if you're just needing a decent spot to rest at night.

The hotel was decent, good location, safe, close to restaurants and universal studios. They provided a grab and go breakfast as well. Several food options within walking distance. The only downside was the carpet. The carpet in my room was legendarily grimy, I like to walk barefoot in my room but I could not. I believe the asphalt outside is probably cleaner than the inside carpet. Kept my shoes on for the rest of the trip and everything else was workable. This place would be easily 5 stars after they change their carpet.

Room smelled bad, kind of run down, definitely thought it would be a little nicer.
