Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service. We were only there for one night, but we were treated like special guests. Gorgeous decor, fitness center, pool, rooms, ba to rooms. Our requests were accommodated, the kids got little gifts from the staff, the in-room dining meals and Ospero breakfast were delicious, the views were spectacular, the amenities were plentiful. We usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel more than once, but this one definitely “rose” to our needs and likes. Thank you!

Our stay at the Sun Rose West Hollywood was simply fantastic! Where to start? The staff was wonderful, the room spacious and clean, the rooftop bar and pool were amazing (the views!) and the food at Merois just delicious. The Sun Rose has the best hotel gym I've ever seen (not just weights and machines but also a separate room for stretching, yoga etc.) and a lovely spa. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you!

$75 per day to park + $40 resort fee. Absolutely obscene!! Also, hot charged $15 for pretzels from their bonus room snacks. Not worth my time to dispute it. This place will nickle and dime you!

Our experience was terrible from the moment we checked in. We were placed in a room that we did not pay for. We had booked and paid nearly twice as much for a very nice one-bedroom suite, yet were silently put into a basic, much lesser room without any explanation. After checking in, we went back to the front desk because we suspected something was wrong. Only then were we told that the room we originally booked was “having issues” and was no longer available. This was never mentioned prior to check-in, and no attempt was made to notify us in advance or offer options. We were simply told we had to take the lesser room. What made this experience especially frustrating and dishonest was that there was no discussion at all about pricing, refunds, or compensation, despite the room we were given being less than half the price of what we paid for. That lack of transparency and accountability felt very deceiving. This was our first stay here, and it will absolutely be our last. Basic customer service starts with honesty and communication, and this experience showed neither. They made it very clear from the beginning that customer experience and repeat business are not a priority.
