Vast amount of space and great pickleball courts

Ski trip to Utah

Excellent host, big home with all the amenities you would want. Accommodated our large group and had plenty of space to hang out. The hot tub was nice.

Incredible Property!

This property was great! It is MASSIVE and has everything you would need to host a large group. We have multiple families in the home, and still had room for more! The backyard and pickle ball courts were great amenities for the kids and adults to play all together. The hot tub was a highlight, being that it could fit two entire families with how big it was! Angie the host was very responsive and was always checking in to make sure we are all good! Highly recommend and will stay again in the future!

Bluffdate Stay

Things we liked: 1. the main kitchen was spacious and we enjoyed the large table 2. the seating areas 3. cleanliness Things we did not like: 1. heater not working; it was 62 degrees in the home for many hours before it started working after 11 p.m. 2. we were pretty uncomfortable with how many bedrooms did not have blinds--not only for privacy but for sleeping 3. we did like the location of the bathrooms in relationship to the bedrooms. . .even though there were enough bathrooms--we ended up sharing a bathroom because of the location which was why we paid more for this property so each couple could have their own bathroom. 4. Property Manager did not respond to our messages today about checking out

As stated during our phone call, it typically takes some time for the temperature to adjust, especially from such a significant difference, which in this case you had it set to 84 while the room temperature was initially 62. Regarding the bathrooms, we apologize for any misunderstanding regarding our property's layout. We are working on providing our guests with an actual property floor plan to ensure this confusion does not occur. The house has ample bathrooms and bedrooms; however, we have not advertised it as having a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. Regarding the window coverings, we have confirmed that there are window coverings and curtains in each of the lower level bedrooms. As for the upper level bedrooms, it has not been brought to our attention until your stay. We will certainly address this issue with the upper bedrooms and ensure that appropriate measures are taken for future guests' comfort and privacy. Finally, regarding the additional 10% discount we aimed to provide you for the inconveniences experienced, we regret to inform you that it was not approved by our accounting and property management teams. This decision was made as your booking already included several discounts at the time of reservation. Should you consider us for your accommodations in the future, please reach out before booking to discuss options for including an additional 10% discount at the time of your reservation. We apologize for any confusion or disappointment this may have caused. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the spacious kitchen, seating areas, and cleanliness of the property.
