Spend a weekend or a week enjoying the beauty and culture of Rockport. Enjoy panoramic views of Sandy Bay.and Straightsmouth Island. Stay close enough to walk to downtown art galleries, restaurants and beaches, but far enough away to leave the crowds behind.

The first floor features a sitting area with a sofa/sleeper; a kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, amenities, granite counter-tops; a deck with a gas grill, and a full bathroom with an over-sized shower. The second floor has a queen size bed with a sitting room that opens to a balcony with sweeping ocean views.

Onsite parking for one car gives guests private access.

Impeccably clean and in a great location. Host lives next door. It was Thanksgiving week and much of the town was closed but we were there to see family so that really did not matter. Plenty of good restos nearby.

We loved staying here! Perfect location and the cottage was adorable. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a full length mirror in the house, which for three women is ideal for getting ready, but again, so minor compared to everything else the home had to offer!

Check in was a breeze. The kitchen had all the utilities except a stove, which was not needed as there were every other appliance you would want, including 2 hot plates, toaster/air fryer oven, microwave, tea pot, coffee pot & plenty of pans, bowls, plates, etc.

Gorgeous location, helpful owners, low ceilings

My parents had an excellent time at this clean, well-equipped little place with stunning coastal views (especially from the upstairs balcony). Owners were friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. Location is excellent. Our only complaint was that the description should really mention the low ceilings in the bedroom, which posed a little bit of a mobility challenge for older folks (and for context, my mother is only 5’2” and still struggled a little getting in and out of bed without bumping her head). This was a minor issue, thankfully, and they had a wonderful time otherwise.

Fantastic home and hosts

1st time to Rockport and was SO happy to find this place. The views are fantastic, and loved waking up or reading by such wonderful ocean views. The unit is cute, Diane and JP are wonderful hosts. I will definitely plan to stay here on my next visit to the area and have already recommended it to friends.

We did a week here. This location is fantastic. Off the beaten path but only 20 min from main attractions. Home was exceptionally clean and had everything you would need for a stay. Beautifully decorated and comfortable! We will be back some day.

This cottage is a treasure

Rockport is lovely and the cottage is a treasure. It is in a location that offers stunning views of the ocean from its two balconies. The house is beautifully decorated and is furnished with everything anyone could ever imagine needing or wanting. Dianne is generous and responsive - she obviously desires that her guests have a wonderful visit.
