The common areas are a little outdated, but the rooms themselves have had a refresh. It was very quiet, even with the Freddy's next door. The woman at the front desk was very nice.
Room was clean, smelled nice and fresh. Staff were courteous. Breakfast is breakfast. Good food. Nice place to stay

I have stayed at this Days Inn several times. It is convenient to Missouri S&T. I really like that that the rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. We noticed several things in our room that were in need of repair, but overall I think it is a good value for the price.
The receptionist was very kind. The hotel was very clean and well kept up with. Allowing more than two animals is a nice bonus to the property. The rooms were swept up and very clean as well. No pests were in sight and the beds were comfy. 10/10 would recommend.
