We really didn't like this place. Most importantly, the double/queen bed was just two twins stuffed together, and the mattresses didn't even match. This made for very uncomfortable sleep and a sore back in the morning. Also, when in Rome, one wants coffee! This hotel gives each room a tea pot with some nasty, herbal blend teas. There was a common room, but nothing there was operational. For the price of this hotel room, it could have been a lot nicer and more comfortable.

Gentile cliente, desideriamo chiarirle alcune cose pur comprendendo il suo stato confusionale dopo aver ammirato le bellezze di Roma.1. Excellence Suite non è un hotel ma una guest house. Non sappiamo in quale considerazione tenere le parole di una persona che non ha neanche compreso che tipo di struttura avesse prenotato2. In tutte le camere sono previsti dei bollitori con tisane e altri infusi alle erbe oltre al caffè solubile (non espresso). Se questo non risulta gradito al suo palato raffinato ne prendiamo atto ma il termine sgradevole lo utilizzi per descrivere altro.3. L'Excellence Suite, come riportato anche nella sua prenotazione, non dispone di servizio di prima colazione ne di una sala colazioni, pertanto se uno ha desiderio di un caffè, può tranquillamente gustarlo nei molti bar presenti a poca distanza. Non siamo noi a doverglielo offrire4. I materassi possono essere anche 2 ma hanno un topper che li avvolge e di notevole spessore tale da non consentire di avvertire particolari differenze.Le critiche anche se non condivise, si accettano e rispettano e in taluni casi sono anche costruttive. After sitting in 5 hours of traffic from Naples to Rome I excepted to get greeted the hotel. Instead found doors locked no instructions at front door instead had to call them while sitting in a dark alley, wait to get instructions through whatsup app. On how to enter and get keys. I have never heard of such a thing. There's no warning on booking site that reception closes at 6pm they refused to refund my stay. A 4 code pin was needed to get in hotel front door and get key to room how safe can that really be. To top it off the custumer service wad not professional. I was told not my fault its to hard for you
Well not hard more was concerned for my safety What an experience.
