It’s was terrible unprofessional and terribly unclean cracks in walls phone in room didn’t work but shells around the bed sink leaked and the front desk was rude I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and no reimbursement was given I lost money and time

The Clarion was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. My original reservation was canceled day off check in at check in time. This gave us no time to find a new hotel. We were directed to The Clarion, which, in my opinion should not even be opened in the first place. Upon arrival, we recognized the outdoor doors to the parking lots did not close and lock and were unsafe. Once we got to our room, we looked around and noticed very disturbing things, stains on the floor that looked like blood, I cleaned toilet seats and cigarette holes in the sheets. No more than 5 mins in the room we decided to check out. Given all of this we are out $250 and they are refusing to refund. This is despicable .

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. I was thankful to find a hotel that wasn’t $500 a night. It is a bit outdated but clean and free parking. Win-win!

I like it is close to the airport. I don't like like the key lock door not functional, and the price too high compare with the service...
