Not as pet friendly as claimed. Could not leave pet in room at all unattended.

There is only one, and we were on the 4th floor so it was a pain schlepping our luggage out of the building. Also the stairways were not in the best location. Also the walkways to the rooms are outside and you are exposed to the rain and wind, and it can get wet and cold in Roseburg. On the positive side the people were friendly, the breakfast was decent and the bed was comfortable.

The owners have put real love and care into this property. Very modern and well kept inside and beautiful spaces outside to sit and walk. Judi was running the breakfast and she was amazing. Did great job with food and very friendly and responsive to everyone around her. What impressed me most is that she said she had been with the company a long time and that the owners of the business were wonderful people. No wonder this was the absolute best hotel of all the places we have stayed on a 30 day road trip. Well done, owners to care for your people and your property so well.
