Bathroom light bulb was off. Coffee pot wasn't wash.

Hi Sunny!I have notified the Maintenance department of the issues you mentioned. We are working on checking the system out and making sure that everything is in proper working order. Thank you for letting us know. Since we do not sleep in the rooms ourselves, it is important to us know when things like that do go wrong.We hope to see again the next time you are passing through Roseburg Oregon!

Unfortunately they gave me a room that was already occupied. Imagine my surprise and horror when i open the door only to hear someone in the shower. Luggage and dirty clothes on the floor and a large pizza box next to the TV. Closed door and went back to reception desk totally bewildered that they assigned me an occupied room.

Very convenient and close to the freeway but it is still very quiet. The evening staff was very nice and helpful.

Good location & price.

Good location and price, clean room good bed. Shower tough to operate. Breakfast was average; no oatmeal but gravey instead?? Dogs should not be in breakfast area.
