Publié le 17 avr. 2018 sur HotelsLe personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant, mais l'hôtel est vieux, il y aurait un peu de rénovation à faire, et dommage que le wifi soit payant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bien car il est très proche de la gare.

Couldnt fault the helpful staff . Nice and qiuet and my room was everything i wished for. All in all i couldnt fault my stay.

Very dated motel hotel
Publié le 8 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is very dated with everything covered in woodchip and magnolia. My room carpet was stained and it was obvious that it was a pet friendly hotel and I had to be moved to another room.
The full English breakfast was awful and inedible. Despite my complaint about the food, I was not offered any refund or discount.
Overall, the staff were friendly but didn't go out of their way to improve customer interaction.
One positive - convenient for Runcorn station.
