I was not aware I had to pay for parking which was the lesser of the problem, he asked me to put a slip on my dashboard, I checked in at midnight, was tired had to go to the car which was 2 isles over. The room does not have any USB outlets, I asked to borrow the brick he couldn’t find one. They sure need to update their outlets.

Rooms were definitely not clean. Cigarette holes in our sheets, pull out bed had to use dirty sheets with hair ties Mexican rice still in it. Room smelt of animal/dirty laundry. Bagged morning breakfast was literally thrown in a paper bag including the drinks the bagels and eggs. Overall manager acted as if she was appalled but in all reality nothing was done to help accommodate.I had to get housekeeping and maintenance involved three times in my one night stay. I’m not someone that usually leaves bad reviews but being as we stayed there to celebrate my son’s ninth birthday overall the experience was not great and I highly recommend staying elsewhere in Roseville due to so many other great options.
