Thoughtfully designed for groups, this spacious 3-story home offers bedrooms and full bathrooms on every level, two King suites, a stylish lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a private patio, and walkable dining, concerts, and family fun.

I love how naturally the Brownstone brings people together. The open living spaces make it easy to share meals, games, and conversations, while the three-story layout gives everyone room to recharge when they need a little quiet time. After a day on the river or at the tennis courts, guests often end the evening around the fire pit or relaxing on the patio before walking to dinner or a concert in Village Green Park.
