Comfortable, attractive interior. It is adjoining a 2nd gîte for 4 people (inside connecting door if needed) & another dwelling. Ground floor : entrance hall. Summer lounge (gravelled floor). Separate bedroom (studio type) : 2 single beds that can be joined to form king size bed + single folding bed, small kitchen area, shower room including WC. 1st floor : living room (fitted kitchen area, dining & lounge areas). Accessed via 2 stairs: Bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined to form queen-size bed + 2 single beds), shower room. Separate toilets (WC, washbasin, washing machine). Travel cot and changing mat available. Highchair and bathtube for baby on request. Outdoors: private courtyard, paved terrace with garden furniture, outbuildings available to guests (summer dining room), great open views of the Beaujolais hilly vineyards, shared parking & grounds.
