Adjoining the owners' house, Michel and Lucienne, this cottage is suitable for all types of stays and is the ideal base for a business trip or a family vacation.

Centrally located within the department, this accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring the hidden gems of Haute-Loire.

From the cottage: numerous marked hiking trails, perfect for discovering the countryside...

A short drive away: the city of Le Puy-en-Velay with its many UNESCO World Heritage sites, the village of St Julien Chapteuil with its numerous restaurants, its remarkable Romanesque church, and the ruins of its ancient castle.

A little further afield: explore the Mezenc plateau, the Loire gorges, the Allier gorges, and more... On a fenced plot of approximately 1000m² shared with the owners, this house, with its typical 1980s architecture, is arranged over three floors. The living area is on the first floor, however, you have free access to a laundry room on the ground floor.

The first floor comprises a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. The third floor consists of a lovely attic bedroom and a shower room with a toilet.

The price includes: bed linen provided (beds not made), towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day available (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
