"Love this Hotel. The valet parked our car and we never drove it again until we left. The hotel location is perfect. Funicular to old town is right off the Hotel deck. Many shops, small grocery store, and restaurants within a close walking distance of the Hotel. Starbucks in lower level of Hotel, can charge to hotel room. Pool was warm and calming, hot tub was very relaxing. Lobby is busy with tourists and tours, but they don’t have access to the hotel room levels. I love staying in this Hotel for its old charm and beauty!❤️"

"L'hôtel est au centre-ville, mais pas trop dans le bruit. La vue sur Québec était magnifique du 21e étage. Nous avons été visiter le Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, à pied, à une dizaine de minutes de l'hôtel. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le restaurant tournant Le Ciel, les plats étaient excellents, j'ai savouré un de mets mets préférs, la pieuvre. Le restaurant Le cochon dingue était super pour les petits-déjeuners, personnel attentionné. Le service de valet pour l'auto était impeccable. Bref, un excellent séjour."

"The parking is a disaster; the room stank (like old shoes) and tehre were dirty towel left in the bathroom. I was there for 2 dats; I had a parking voucher for the 2 days in a neighbouring building which forced a long walk with luggage. Upon exiting at the end of the stay the gate would not open, with the message that the ticket had been used. Phone service was useless,. I had to have all the cars behind me back, get my motorbike parked again, and return to the hotel to get a new ticket.,"
