The A/C system made thudding nosies every hour. The air flow would blow every few hours directly onto the bed, blasting face and hair-slept with a hoddie on.

It was very unpleasant due to the people that we had staying underneath us a 4-year-old child couldn't be a 4-year-old child and an 8-year-old couldn't be an 8-year-old without getting complained alls we did was walk around had grumpy people there to convenience people like us that have children at this age especially grandparents and they disabled grandmother maybe you should think about putting them on the lowest level of floor that you may have from the first floor maybe to the second due to how your hotel might be set up but having to get calls from the front office because my grandchildren were simply walking around in your surrounding motel room and happen multiple times with the customer going downstairs complaining after a phone calls into our room if you look at how much money that we spent for one night just to hang out there with our family it was worth it on the end of your motel being very clean staff was awesome but it's accommodate people like us say I think it would be easier to have children under the age of 12 on the lowest levels to accommodate as we were told and elderly couple that was below us that kept banging on the floor and we were trying to be calm and quiet we went swimming for hours to even help try to quiet down gentlemen still had a problem and an issue with my 4-year-old granddaughter Yes I'm going to repeat that a 4-year-old thank you sincerely Mitch

We do apologize for your experience. We have dealt with the other guest in question as well. We do hope you will give us another opportunity, as this is not a standard issue. Most people realize up until a certain time, you are going to have noise from children. It is a hotel and not a home, you can hear other people. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
