Made a reservation, I arrived shortly after midnight. Door was locked. I called and after many rings a very sleepy person answered the phone. They said they had no rooms. I asked about my reservation. They said they void them after midnight. I had been driving for nearly 11 hours and hearing this made me very upset. I hung up and went down the street to the Super 8. I didn’t have a reservation there and I got right in. No issues.
