About this property

Private Guesthouse in Sugar House • King Bed

You will have your own private sitting area located right out side your front door. You're welcome to use the grill in the backyard.

Other things to note
The guesthouse has a tankless water heater, providing continuous hot water for showers. If hot water is used at the kitchen or bathroom sink while someone is showering, the shower temperature may decrease slightly.

Bedroom Layout: The guesthouse features a separate bedroom with a door and vaulted ceilings. Due to the open ceiling design, there is a gap above the bedroom wall and door that connects to the living area. This allows air from the mini-split heating and cooling system to circulate throughout the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Please note that while the bedroom has a door, it is not completely soundproof or fully enclosed at the ceiling.

Please note: There is no traditional oven. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner cooktop, air fryer, microwave, refrigerator, and other basic cooking essentials.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
