good place to stay.

except for that as usual the hotel never disappoints. staff wonderful, friendly and polite, breakfast 100% perfect...lobby bar area very nice and comfortable...

Great place to stay. An oasis in Samarinda !

the restaurant for Breakfast was beyond perfect.
Great great selection ! they even poured my tea and brought more when i was out. the dinner menu was extensive and food was excellent ! Service and friendliness of restaurant staff as well as ALL STAFF was EXCELLENT.

Please improve Wifi Connection

Only one condition needs to improve, message to hotel manager, they need to improve wifi connection speed. As known, Samarinda network is bad, I am using Telkomsel. O have been years traveling to East Kalimantan, don't why Samarinda has bad 4G connection till today if I compare with Balikpapan. I would say, I was depending on wifi hotel to get access to the internet. An unstable wifi connection was another inconvenience condition for my stay.
