AC did not work in our room , communication was very poor seemed like we did not get helped correctly .

RUDE ASF STAFF, i get there tired after a long flight and the guy at front desk tell me that there’s only one reservation for me and that it’s cancelled and instead of trying to fix the problem or better explain and help me out he says “no there’s no reservation you’re not staying here” and when i say wait that can’t be i have my booking with me, he says “if you’re going to be argumentative you can leave” and the proceeds to tell me that there hotel is just no longer go to serve me after only 5 minutes of the conversation where he wouldn’t let me talk and verbally assaulted me

I will never stay at this hotel again. The manager has horrible customer service. He doesn’t know how to speak to two customers in a professional manner he was vulgar and profane . He raised his voice to me after I reported two things that were stolen rather than resolving the issue with his staff he kicked me out of the hotel for accusing his staff of stealing. spent three weeks at this hotel spent over $1000 for this type of treatment. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody especially veterans.

The property is well-maintained and they have a wonderful breakfast buffet. However, I had two issues with the staff and the manager is horrible. Not a very kind individual. My cell phone stand was taken, and my food was taken their claiming that their staff would never steal my uncle delivered food to me at the front desk he left it for my room number when I got back to the hotel after a prior engagement I picked I went to the front desk to pick up my food and they had no idea what I was talking about. They said my uncle never delivered food. My uncle had a receipt for the food he even described but he was wearing a red T-shirt and the bag of food he had the receipt for the bag of food. It was times out 330 he dropped off the food at 3:45 And 4 o’clock he said he gave it to a gentleman at the front desk and disclosed my room number and he left. The manager said that he was the one at the front desk and another coworker and they never received any deliveries between that time 345 and 4 o’clock because the manager said that he left at 5 o’clock and no one delivered any food I contacted my uncle to confirm my uncle said yes I was there. I delivered your food. It’s a second time that my uncle has delivered food to me and the same room because I’ve been at this hotel for several weeks, I’m recovering from Covid and I was in the hospital. The manager argued with me. We were hot tempered. He kicked me out of the hotel, told me never to come back. Horrible customer service!!!
