The room was old and in need of remodel. We didn't use the shower because it looked like the ceinling tile was going to fall in from a previous leak. Room service was good, restaurant was very good all of the staff were excellent but I feel the room is overpriced for as run down as it appeared.

I liked the spacious and comfortable room. It was clean. However, the pillows, blankets, and towels were quite worn. The staff was pleasant and friendly.

The size of the room is great for families, and we really appreciated the separate living space so that we could hang out while the kids napped. The location of the hotel is also great, and the riverwalk level was very festively decorated for the holidays which our kids loved. That being said, the rooms are a bit tired and smell musty. This hotel could use a refresh, especially the carpets which were stained. Service was hit or miss, we had to call more than once to get a pack and play delivered, and they brought it without sheets. We phoned for an extra blanket and it never arrived. Overall, average experience.
