COCKROACHES! DO NOT STAY!

The hotel rooms were very nasty and had cockroaches all about the floor in BOTH rooms. Cancelled stay immediately. The least you can do is paint the walls and fix the broken doors, not to mention a little pest control. Terrible experience. Do not stay!

When i went to check in and i had to wait about 20 minutes to check in, then one of the rooms had stains on the sheets, i asked if there was another room and they said no that they were sold out. The guest representative was rude when we checked in and i told her that i had two rooms and she said i could of told her that at the beginning. Horrible customer service

It was okay. Was just staying the night, arrived to check in late. Had the basics. A bed and shower. The shower looked like it needed an upgrade. The tub was peeling. The room smelled like pee a little. No shampoo, but I usually bring my own and forgot to. Not a huge deal. The biggest thing for me was the smell. The halls smelled like weed and the door was hard to open. The clerk even told us how to open it bc it gets stuck. She did say they were gonna work on it. But who knows. Not somewhere I’d stay if I were staying for a few days. Glad it was only 1 night. It was cheap so you get what you pay for.

What do I expect for 70 dollars a night. Stained sheets old falling apart fixture. The picture explains everything.

Buen lugar

En general buena estadía, por la relación precio-calidad está bien, ubicado a pocos minutos del University Hospital, necesita mejorar en el mantenimiento de sus puertas y duchas que por el tiempo de uso se han deteriorado y necesitan mejorarlo, por lo demás la limpieza excelente, ordenado, sin olores, excelente cama en la que puedes descansar cómodamente y como plus si te estarás quedando varios días y necesitas lavar, tienen lavandería de pago con monedas a $ 1.50 por uso.

The bathroom electrical outlets don't work. Also the electrical outlets in bedroom need repair as they are done n loose. The need to be replaced as the can be an electrical &/or a fire hazard. Otherwise, nice so far..

Just like that its very close by the hospital where my husband is at . Really love that it has a elevator that i don't have to carry bags up the stairs as i have health issues and thats a plus
