Séjour agréable - in moins pour le canapé
Publié le 16 févr. 2024 sur HotelsSéjour agréable - hôtel bien situé pour visiter gaslamp et Little Italy. Petit déjeuner très correct. Hôtel propre. Accueil efficace et souriant. Par contre, le canapé utilisé pour dormir était très peu confortable, peu épais et des ressorts usés - dommage. Heureusement il n’y avait que 2 nuits !

A part la Clim qui fait un peu de bruit , rien de négatif .
Petit déjeuner varié .

The hotel states that check-in time is at 3 PM, however our room wasn't ready until around 4 PM. Also the quality of the breakfast could have been better. The scrambled eggs had a watery taste and they only had turkey and pork sausage for the meat option, no bacon or ham, and the biscuits were somewhat hard. The balcony area had two chairs, but no table. It would have been nice to have a table for the either the balcony area or inside the room. Despite these things the staff was courteous and helpful.

The parking isn't great forca large SUV, that is my onlybregret about this hotel. I had to back up a few time tovfitvthrough.
