Magnifique hôtel, grande chambre propre confortable Rien à dire surtout que lors de mon road trip j’ai choisi des hôtels 2 fois plus chers et tellement minables. On oublie tout de suite la côte pour arriver J’y retournerai sans problème

San Francisco en famille dernière étape

Hôtel très agréable, propre, personnel très sympathique, bien situé mais il faut prendre le cable car si on ne veut pas trop se fatigué , l hôtel est sur les hauteurs, le bar Top of the Mark offre d’ailleurs une vue formidable sur la ville à 360 degrés.Toutefois un peu vieillot la déco dans les chambres et les lits en 140 sont un peu petits pour nos nouvelles habitudes ! Néanmoins le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très bien ! Merci pour ce séjour

I paid an 8 day stay at this hotel, but I've made a mistake and booked 1 month before my trip. When I had a notification " How was your trip to SF" I realised i've made a mistake on my date. Expedia tried to call them to modify my booking, even if I have to pay the difference or lose the first night price.. but nothing to do, the hotel don't want to modify the dates of my booking and don't want to refund even 1$. So I know it's my mistake, and the economic situation is critical, but I would have appreciate a commercial gesture from them. (Sorry for my english, not my main language)

Best stay in years

We need more stars to rate a stay at the mark hopkins. Takes us back to a time when service was an art form and we I people were proud of their professions. Room was elegant, clean, public areas classic, and the top of the mark is literally the top of the city. I’d live there if I could.

Staff and service was excellent from front desk, bell hop , in room dining and Top of the Mark. The rooms are spacious with nice amenities albeit the room , furniture and hallways could use an upgrade. All a little “tired”….paint peeling from the walls etc. Location is terrific and the lobby is stunning. Two things I didnt like, no in room movies and no gift shop. Other than that, it was great.
