Avis @ Marbella Lane - 3BR Belmont Cozy House

FALSE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I wished they had negative number for ratings. If you are looking at this property STOP!! I/my husband stayed in this place for two nights it seemed like an eternity. The pictures in VRBO does not match what actually this old, dirty damaged house really looks like. The couch in the living room shown on the site is not what is actually in the house. The second seating couch/bed is not there. The actual couch in the living room is very very uncomfortable, old and dirty. I am having back problem just by seating on that couch. There are spider webs all over the kitchen ceilings and dinning room. The side patio door’s Handel is corroded, and it has be forced to be opened. None of the doors and windows have screen, so they can not be opened for fresh air without having unwanted guest in the house. All the walls are damaged, there is a hole on the wall in the dinning area. The body wash container was so dirty that I got disgusted touching that. The kitchen ware are so bad, pans are dirty and probably one can get sick using that. Luckily I had my own small pan. Not enough kitchen supplies ( plates, forks ….). Lastly, there is this continuous loud loud fan blowing which makes the house very very cold. I suggest, if one is looking at properties in SF Bay Area avoid Belmont and AVOID if the rental property is managed by MARBELLA LANE.

It's in a very quiet neighborhood. The house looks exactly like the photos in the listing with plenty of sun, nice views, and a nice deck. Just be careful parking, the ramp is pretty steep.

This worked great for our visit - central location on the Peninsula.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Belmont property. Wonderful location close to restaurants and Safeway. Our family of 7 including 3 children, 2 parents, 2 grandparents stayed for 2 nights. House is very clean, remodeled, with a very cozy backyard, updated kitchen. Large size beds, and spacious closets. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Highly recommend it!
